The location here is fantastic, within walking distance to a shopping mall.

We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights. We paid 30$ a night and I regret very much that we paid in advance and had to stay there the full time. During this time our bedclothes were changed only 3 times. Once thanks to Booked.net, second time by chance and the third time because of my insistent requests. We had no supply of soap or tooth paste at all. There was no light bulb in a lamp on the wall and hotel 'couldn't help' so we had to buy it for them. In their description on Booked.net they say "brekfast included" (it is a lie) and "300 meters to the sea" (there is no direct way like this).

I had a great time during my short stay and am happy with my choice.

Hotel room is spacious enough however no hair dryer provided. Hotel staff can't communicate in English. Swimming is small. No privacy as the hotel staff can enter hotel when we still in hotel. The main reason I choose this hotel was because its cheap and reasonable. Location ok. HOtel room no sound absorption as you can heard next door sound which I dislike the most.

Liked how the standard double room in addition to ac was arranged when we arrived.

Great location close to shops and restaurants, making everything super convenient. Our room was sparkling clean and had all the modern touches we needed, like TVs and air conditioning. 🌟

The hotel is ideally located for many bars and restaurants. I stayed in "Zone 1" the room was large, about 50sqm and very clean. There was a small balcony too. The pool is small but good, being low season it was relatively empty, I guess in high season it would get pretty busy! The staff were friendly and efficient, I will stay here again, great value for money.

The only gripe I have is the safe boxes behind the reception. They are old and made of wood, it woudn't take much effort to break the doors open, they have two locks (both are small and cheap), I was given both keys, only one lock worked and both keys worked on that lock. I wonder if the keys worked on any other box, I didn't try. I decided not to use the safe box and hid my passport and money in my room.

The staff here is fantastic, the location is perfect as it's close to everything on Soi Bukhow, and the rooms are spacious with balconies.

Excellent Wifi, Good bars and restaurants nearby!! Excellent swimming pool. If you are a solo traveler , you should book in building 3 or 4 . The building 1 costs 860 thb and 3 and 4 cost around 480.

They made a lot of fuss about bringing in lady friends, they asked for paying an extra 150 thb!! The hotel is little expensive compared to other hotels near by and considering they don't offer breakfast. There is a decent hotel for 450 thb per night very close to the sutus court 1, but then you may not get the pool facility!!

1.Got a range of theraputic massages, excellent value for money, went to walking street n did the walk:), pattaya beach, hired jet ski's, central shoppin mall, caught up with older expats.ThePattaya resort town is essentially an older man's playground, can be a good retirement home if ur into the pervert scene!!! However as young ppl me n my mates hung out, we cud disconnect frm it all n still chill, so I reckon plenty for everyone.

Ventilator works only in one position - maximum. Tzxi-drivers don't know the hotel. The location point on the map is a little bit wrong.

The units were cheap and reasonably large with air con. The hotel is in a magnificent and incredible location next door is Cheap Charlies-great value restaurant open all day from 7am. All in all they offer excellent service. Delightfully helpful and friendly people that welcomes you in.
